Maxi dresses with seeves?

I am hoping someone has seen a few nice maxi dresses with some form of sleeve around?

I have horrible psoriasis on my upper arms so need a sleeve to the elbow as a minimum, 3/4 length is more flattering with my large boobs!

I am a size 16.

I do often wear a 'normal' maxi with cardi's I would just love one that I would wear on days when it is too hot for a cardigan and not feel self-conscious of my psoriasis.
