help me find this dress

siggh, I'm hoping someone could help me identify a dress I've seen someone wearing ( but didnt manage to ask where they got it)

Its a lightweight fabric, loose, semi fitted/straightish shift style with short/cap sleeves. The back was black, the front was tweed with a beige/cream inster across the yoke/shoulder/sleeves.
Any ideas?

it had short sleeves and the panel of beige went across the shoulders and sleeve (much wider than this)
