Are superga wider than converse?

I bought lovely white converse last summer but have only worn them twice because they're far too narrow. Are superga any wider? CBA actually going to a shop and trying them on. Ta.

They are but they're really heavy. I don't find them comfortable at all.

Have a look at new balance 420. Really retro and unbelievably comfortable.

You have probably tried adjusting the laces to widen your Converse? I only ask because that did not occur to me for an embarrassingly long time... I used to find mine too narrow and now I wear them all the time.

Yes! I have wide feet and can't wear my converse comfortably for very long. My surpegas are comfy all day! Go for it!

If superga are too heavy try vans, they feel lighter than converse IMO and they're wider / more comfy.

Also feel more padded on the insole.

Fat Face Karo Trainers (just plimsolles really) are wider than converse.

I would also say that Rocket Dog plimsolls are quite wide fitting. I had some nice floral ones for a couple of summers. They didn't seem as good quality though - the rubber separated from the toe area - and the fabric started to split at the side. But they were very comfortable.
