Can anyone help me find this jacket?

Was at a work event today, and there was a woman wearing the most gorgeous jacket. It wasn't the kind of thing where I could ask her, and maybe it's old, and not available anymore, but I thought I would give it a shot and see if anyone had seen it in the shops.

It was a short, tailored jacket, cream in colour, with a large, bold floral pattern which was really pixalated, almost like a cross stitch pattern. It was held together at the front by a metal clasp, and the front didn't meet, IYSWIM.

Sound familiar to anyone?

Not that one, unfortunately! Wrong shape, and the flower pattern was much bolder and red.

No, unfortunately it's neither of those! The print was very pixalated, roses made out of red, black and white squares, sort of like this.
