Returned an item to them which arrived on 24th April, today I have an email letting me know it will be over a month before they can refund my paypal a/c Hmm

They are awful. I am giving up. I have had to fight for every refund. Always use the paypal 'pay after delivery' option if you can - that way they can't take your money and never deliver the goods.

I refuse to buy from them after the great birthday present debacle in December. it took them three and a half months to deliver my item and then only after repeated facebook messages and wall postings. It was meant to be with me within 5 days. Admittedly, it did eventually turn up but only after I bothered them, A LOT

I bought a leather jacket off them the beginning of March it eventually arrived on the 15th Of April, I tried it on but the sleeves were ridiculously too long.

So I sent it back within an hour of receiving it. I never got a confirmation of return. Luckily I had my proof of postage, again emailed them picture of receipt.

They emailed me back to say they would manually order a refund! a week later still nothing. Am starting to think I am never getting my refund when out of the blue this Friday I get an email saying they have refunded me so from ordering to refunding only took just short of fourteen weeks as the money still had not cleared in my account on Monday.
Never again!!
There's a lot to be said for Bodens customer service.

No confirmation of return here either, I had to 'prove' that I'd actually sent them back, luckily I have a tracking number with collect+. They still haven't confirmed that they've got them mind, Quite shambolic and not very professional!
