I can't spend any more than £50 to get myself an outfit for my cousin's wedding this summer.

But I need a hat (apparently compulsory according to my mother and I like hats so fair enough), and a jacket/cardigan/something, to wear to the church and throughout the day as my arms are a bit corned-beefy.
Alterbnatively suggestions as to what might go with this dress and I will see if I can beg borrow or steal from friends/family.
Help please lovely mumsnetters.
