I've got thick, naturally curly/frizzy hair and for ages have been using L'Oreal's Mythic Rich Oil, which I really like, but coming to the end of a bottle I'm wondering if there are other oils out there that might be as good if not better. Anyone got any recommendations, please?

I'm having great success using petroleum jelly!

Only a small amount and only on the ends. It's fabulous!

Kevin Murphy 'young again' is great for my unruly hair and lasts ages, doesn't weigh hair down either. I've also tried milkshake oil but prefer Kevin Murphy.

Both were around £18 from my hairdressers but are stocked nationwide.

Called Kevin Murphy young again immortelle infusion treatment oil. Use pea sized drop before blowdrying. Lasted 6 months so good value really!

I go between pure Argan oil and pure Almond oil, love them both :)

Doh sorry about repeats - you can see I'm a fan.

However saying all that I do blow dry my curly hair straight - it may not be right for you if you 'go with' your curl!

Oooh I like the sound of that. Smile. Do you/can you use the Curl Cream on dry hair as well? When I need to calm down frizz in between washes I usually use a bit of Frizz-Ease Secret Agent cream, but it doesn't always work that well.
