My forehead looks like a Clinique egg

You know the egg with the brown spots on?

Oddly enough only one half of my forehead and I'm sure it didnt look like this a week or two ago. I've tried scrubbing it and it won't come off so its not mud

What the heck is it and what can I use to get rid of it. I can't use Clinique as I seem to be allergic to all Clinique stuff.

Are they like freckles?

Sun block will probably help - it sounds as if the fine sunny weather has triggered a pigmentation. It'll probably fade spontaneously, but only if not re-triggered by more sun exposure.

They're bigger than freckles but otherwise similar. So not raised or bumpy.

I have been out cycling without sunblock so will start slapping it on. Good to hear that they should fade. I was worried it was some sort of ageing thing.
