Sunburn and Peeling

anyone got any tips? one arm is peeling due to falling asleep in sun (with SPF30) last week on holiday. miracle cures? thanks

Probably a bit late sorry. If you get in as soon as it burns I find aloe vera can prevent the peeling. It has to be pure gel- none of those after sun lotions containing aloevera. Be very wary of those as most I've seen contain alcohol which feels cooling but will make it worse.
