Anniversary outfit - help!

Hi all,

A friend of mine is celebrating a big wedding anniversary. They are having a 'do' at a local pub in a couple of weeks' time. They want to be a bit dressy, which I understand!
I feel like I need a new outfit :-) . I'm mid 20s, size 8, F cup chest, strawberry blonde, blue eyes.

Nothing too pricey - but I just have no idea what to do? Tea dress? Nice job and.. what, jeans???

Is it a daytime or evening thing? IMO a dress is always good - do you have any shoes, bags, favourite whatevers that you'd like to use?

Evening. I have various shoes (not really into bags) so open to suggestions. I don't do grey though.
