I'm going to order online, how's the sizing? Did you get your normal size? I'm technically a 30dd but normally a 32dd fits better, will the same apply?

Actually just realised my proper measurement is 30e but all my bras but one in that size are 32dd.

I have the ultimate, it's fabulous but the sizing is a bit variable. I am normally a 30HH and get away with a 32G (the 32GG would be better!) so I would suggest ordering a few sizes from somewhere with free returns. Probably try the 32D and DD at least

When I tried this it came up v small I'd try a 32E first.

Back very tight, I had to go up a back size as well.

Thank you, I've ordered 4 sizes to try so hopefully one will be ok Grin

Weirdly the 32dd fits perfectly (it it supposed to sit low on your rib cage right?!)

Yes, the bottom of it sits a bit lower than a normal bra

I am a 32E
My Wonder bra strapless is a 34C which is the aize I used to wear before I tried the bra intervention sizing. However it fits. O can't imagine being able to get a 32 under band in the strapless to fasten.

I think they do come up small. Very support ive for a strapless bra.
A word of warning though. The first time I wore mine I ended up with blisters around the bamd. The silicone had rubbed my skin. So break it in gradually
