Ash ankle boots - sizing? (Codes?)

I am prob a year behind the pace but lusting after a pair of Ash Spiral or Jalouse, preferably in grey or black.

I'm usually a 40, and not a small 40 though 41 usually comes up big - should I size down to 39?

And does anyone know where bargains may be had?

Baukjen had some in their recent sale I think - not sure about sizes available.

That's good to hear Eduardo - I've been dithering about them for ages but bought some Aldo lookalikes which are great. Aldo good for skinny long feet and ankles I find.

Spirals are great - not at all flappy on me and I have skinny ankles. Sizing bang on and I am also a 40. Jalouse were a disaster - couldn't get them on because of my high instep.

Bill, which Aldo ones did you get, out of interest? Are they comfortable? BB barely have any in my size, although there are some Jessicas. I like those but not sure about all the studs...

As update, I saw a pair of black Jalouse on the Office website for 85 and jumped on them. They showed as out of stock five minutes later so didn't expect to get them, but this morning site says they've shipped! Will report back.
