Calling all OCM supporters...

Hi all,

I have a very simple question: Can I use other products if I am following the Oil Cleansing Method? - i.e. can I use my regular REN toner and moisturiser and spf etc ??

I was planning to start the OCM, but have held off after reasing that my skin can get very confused if I use other 'non-natural' products alongside OCM.... is that true ??

Not in my experience. Ocm didn't suit my skin, especially not the castor oil but I still occasionally use rose hip when it's dry.
