What to buy from Avon?

I want to order some Skin So Soft dry oil as I've heard it's a good mossie repellent.

What else is good from Avon? I'd may as well order a few bits while I'm at it. Grin

Thanks.

They make a great hand cream to help prevent old lady hands - Anew Absolute Even Spot Correcting Hand Cream SPF15. I'd heard good things and have been really impressed.

Glimmersticks eyeliner.

My auntie swears by the gardenia scented body spray as a mossie repellent too - she's taken it with her abroad several times now. It's a clear spray, part of a range of scents.

Luxe foundation is the only non-caking one I've come across, and super extend mascara is great. Don't be tempted by the newfangled mega effects - it's not that great.

I've just had a delicious smelling chocolate body scrub, but not sure what catalogue it's out in (I got it from the rep book)

If you wear nail varnish speed dry isn't worth it - doesn't dry that quickly and chips after a few hours. Nailwear pro+ is best, gel one is great too but only if it's on offer. The magnetic one is a bit hit and miss - I and many others have found the magnet pattern didn't come out on a few of our nails, yet it works perfectly on my friend's nails Hmm

Sorry this was so long, I'm a big fan of Avon products(although I'm about to give up being a rep) Grin

I rate the Anew skincare stuff, particularly the eye cream.

chicaguapa · 11/05/2014 23:53

Thanks. I don't want old lady hands so will definitely get the hand cream. And the mascara too as I spend a lot on No7 stuff.

There are some special offers on the website. Will I get these if I order through a rep?

The sun cream is good, particularly the kids stuff.

Do they still do the leave in conditioner? Used to be called Quick Touch. Leaves no weight in your hair, and great for combing through during but searches.

The freeze dry nail spray that dries your nails in 60 seconds is the best ...and I like nailwear pro varnish

Ihatemytoes · 12/05/2014 11:31

yy to the freeze dry nail spray.

DidoTheDodo · 12/05/2014 11:49

I rate the glycerine hand cream.

LoadsaBlusher · 12/05/2014 13:20

Also a fan of the Glimmersticks Eyeliners and Brow Pencils

I used to love Quick Touch conditioner. Do they still do it.... Haven't seen it in ages.

If you straighten your hair their Power Straight spray is really good.

Supershock mascara in the teal tube is fab.
