Need makeup overhaul

I feel like I have been wearing the same thing for past 10 years and when someone at work (a friend) commented on me not wearing make up to work (I do) I realised it might be time for a change. I like natural looking make up. I'm very scared of ever having a line around my jowls, but I do need some coverage.

Which brand would you recommend going to for a wee make over/ chat at counter?

Have a little browse around the counters and see if there are any of the consultants which appeal to you (i.e. not orange or overly pushy!)
I've always got on well at Elizabeth Arden counters and Bobbi Brown (but felt guilty at BB when not buying, their demeanour really changes!) MAC are great but I know some people haven't got on well with them. Give No7 a go.
I've never been fond of Benefit, Clinique, or Dior I've always been a little afraid of them!
