Just had my longish hair with all over blonde highlights taken back to a couple of shades above dark blonde with a few blonde highlights.

can't do selfless….

but Shock it was sort of what I wanted but I wanted more highlights!

Anyone else done this?

Is it a Shock just because it's new to you and different?
By this time tomorrow you'll be getting used to it and by next week you won't notice?

When you wash it , the colour will lift a bit too.
(I used to use dyes at home that promised me rich auburn but left me looking like Proffessor Snape Hmm )

I have a short layered crop now in a coppery brown, took some getting used to but I love it now

70isaLimit -actually looking in the mirror just now and a neighbour dropped in, it actually looks nice!

just a bit of a shock!

stylist told me not to wash it for 2 days but I do every other day so on Tuesday will have to find/get a dry shampoo.

I'm sure its fine. A lot of people going from a bright light blonde to a more muted shade take some adjustment. I bet there is more shine though? See how it goes.

Tatty it is fine.

next time (hairdresser will probably kill me!) I may get half head highlights rather than t-section….

and the sun will bleach it when I'm away in France in summer...
