Advice please. I've just got a new job teaching reception/year 1. In my previous job teaching preschool I wore a uniform.
Since having my 2nd ds 5 months ago I've lost some weight ( most of my clothes are now too big). I have 3 weeks until I start and I have no idea where to start when buying new work clothes! It's been 6 years since I've had to.
I'm size 14 5"4 with very short hair. Also need shoe advice !

Congratulations on the new job! I would look at some Jersey dresses from me & em, but only if they are on sale. stay away from heels, you will be on your feet all day, so go for ballet flats, but good ones, not cheapies that will only give you blisters. Also, Jersey pencil skirts allow you some freedom of movement, to wear with tops with reasonable necklines so that when you bend down to the little ones, you don't flash too much! Cotton jumpers in a range of colours, stay away from polyester as it is sweaty and the classrooms can get so stuffy. Finally, a good warm coat in winter for supervision duty. The children love it when you wear bright colours. Enjoy!
