Do these jeans exist?

I really need some new jeans as none of my old ones look right since I had DC2 three months ago. I am a size 16 and need petite leg length. I would like high waisted with some stretch in the denim and a flared leg. Anything skinny makes my legs look like prize winning parsnips. So I'd like a seventies style high waisted flare with stretch in the denim and a petite leg. All this ideally for under £50 (the cheaper the better). Any ideas or am I searching for something that doesn't exist?

I'm looking for exactly the same thing - marking my place & inspired to have another look...

Haven't been into either shop for a while but I found exactly what you describe in both Matalan and New Look last year and you'll get a lot of change out of £50

Yes I think I got mine from matalan or new look, they are lovely but I do find footwear a it limited, it's either pumps or wedges, everything else looks silly.

Online I got them, they were about 25 quid

Try sainsbos. Their skinnies have a high waist and nice stretch donyou might get a flared pair. Also do a petite.

Thank you all. My only pair that fit at the moment are a sainsburys boot cut. I'm hoping for something a bit more flared. The sainsburys ones are fine but they don't have much personality iyswim. I've never shopped in Matalan, I'll have a look. New Look is a good shout too.

I have a pair of pumps (also sainsburys) that I'm living in at the moment so footwear not a problem.

Try next. They definitely have high waisted, non skinny ones. Can't swear to petite sizes (I'm more the other end of the scale)

Evans cut for a pair shape jeans are absolutely brilliant, and come in a petite leg (I have a 27in inside leg so I feel your pain) and a size 16. I know they come in bootcut and straight leg (I have the straight leg ones), not sure if they come in a flare but worth having a look. They're lovely and fitted at the waist, and are around £15-20 (I got mine in the sale so not 100% of the full price sorry, but around that).

I forgot that I'm wearing m&s bootcut jeans at the moment. They have a pretty high waist and aren't too flared. They definitely come in short versions.

Try Gap - I got a pair there last year, I think they were called something like 1969 flare.
