I've just had DD2 but I've lost a lot of the weight very quickly. I still have v.big boobs and a bum.

I have to go to a seriously trendy party next month - I really fancy this with some heeled sandals and a light knitted jumper tucked in.

I'm 34, 5ft 2 and a 12. Does it scream try to hard mum? It's pretty different to what I usually wear but I figure the jumper will hide the big bra and the skirt the bumps.

Jumper or top suggestions welcome!

I think its lovely

I like it. Not at all too young.

I also like the H&M version and the tops they have it with are good too.

Littlepinkpear · 06/05/2014 13:10

Thanks
Loving the H&M one, that's really nice. Might go into town later and trait on if they have it Smile

That's lovely. It will not scream mum. It will scream yummy mummy (if you like that phrase) with finger on the pulse of style!

can be dressed up and down and doesn't look like it will date much either.

buttercrumble · 06/05/2014 14:59

It's beautiful I would say keep it Smile

Musetta · 06/05/2014 15:35

Sorry but I would'nt wear any kind of jumper tucked in if you have big boobs. I have norkage too and would make me look 2 sizes bigger. If you have lost oads of weight then look for something more fitted.

plus2new · 06/05/2014 15:49

I wonder what the length will be like if you are 5'2? I am the same height and would be swamped in a full skirt that length.

MikeLitoris · 06/05/2014 15:53

I'm taller than you (5ft 5)and the length looked crap on me.

I do like the skirt though.

squoosh · 06/05/2014 16:49

Mutton at 34 years of age? You're crazy!

Love the skirt.

Littlepinkpear · 06/05/2014 17:38

I can take it up - I've got a sewing machine at home if it's too long. ASOS might even have it in petite.

Would a soft t shirt and a necklace be better than a silky jumper for my large norks?

Not muttonish at all - lovely. But yes to heels, and making sure it's not too long.

Littlepinkpear · 06/05/2014 17:46

Oh it comes in blue in petite

here
