New job workwear help!

I need help!
I'm starting a new job in a month- my dream job teaching children with complex needs- but I need help with workwear!
The other staff wear jeans/t-shirts/boots/trainers etc so it doesn't need to be 'smart' . I've got a few pairs of M and S skinny jeggins that I love- great for moving around all day and rolling about on the floor. I've got boots (a fab pair of dublin river boots that are incredibly comfy and hard wearing) so it's tops I need. Ideally I need 3-4 long length tops/knee length dresses that are not too expensive, wash well and would suit a 5'9 30 ish size 14, red hair and pale skin with fairly big boobs and a bit of a tum. Budget would be no more than £40.00 ish each.
Oh and if you can think of anything that's ethically sourced/fair trade that would be great!
I've looked at people tree (too pricey) and Nomads (maybe one dress but that's it)
I just want the perfect outfits for my perfect job! Any ideas? Places I could try?

Have you looked at Komodo and/or braintree? Both fair trade i think. Some tunic-style things there - and in the sale the prices aren't too bad.

I got all my workwear from primark and asda because I'm a cheap un' Grin they do have some nice things, floaty tops to go with skinny jeans and boots etc.

How about some Seasalt tunics? A lot of their stuff is made from organic cotton and they are signed up to an "ethical trading initiative" whatever that means exactly. Here's an example tunic but they have lots more www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/women/clothing/dresses-and-tunics/easy-to-wear-tunic-in-soft-organic-cotton-unique-print_hanky_dot_french_navy.htm

Love the braintree clothing- never hear of them! The seasalt tunic looks good too.
Thank you!
