Poor Posture .....posture bras?

My posture isn't great and I bought the M and S posture perfect bra. The smallest back size is 34 and it was too big. Had to go back. I was really disappointed.
Does anyone know of any other posture bras out there? Or maybe a posture brace? Or any other suggestions?

Orthotics have helped my posture immensely, but it all depends on why your posture is bad. Perhaps you could try seeing a podiatrist?

Thanks, Wicked. I'm certain my poor posture is caused by stooping over to conceal big boobs when I was young. They're not even that big! i suspect my muscles just aren't trained and standing straight is such an effort now.

I found that wearing the right size bra has helped me and made me stand and sit differently as everything is where it should be rather than where it wanted to be

Measure yourself as per the mn bra guru blog and post your mesurements.

You probably don't need a posture bra, just a bra that fits properly will help enormously. Have a look at the blog and measure yourself as described and we'll work from there :)

I'd suggest a properly fitting bra and some Pilates if you want to improve your posture.
