I followed a link from S&B (always dangerous) and saw a couple of things I really like. What's the sizing like, I'm a 14 with a big tummy so would a 14 do? The reviews look good too.

I 've used them in the past (years) and found the sizing quite generous. I would say a 14 would be fine.

mrsnec · 03/05/2014 19:20

Yes I found that too. I think they have some nice designs but I think its a bit over priced and not brilliant quality. Quite a lot of polyester too.

PeppermintInfusion · 03/05/2014 19:46

I got some stuff for there this week. The sizing is quite generous, I think because it is plus size clothing (though the sizes start at 12/14) they are slightly bigger sizing around the bust/hips/etc. eg I would be a 14/16, but was definitely a 14 in these. loved the stuff I got though!

I've bought the odd thing from simply be. But I have found it to be expensive and often poor quality. It looks really nice in the catalogue and then when it arrives it's a shapeless rag, so I don't bother anymore.

Sizing good - quality awful .Dd ordered three different dresses to choose from for a wedding . she is size 18/20 all fitted her and style of dresses were young and fashionable ( she is 21) but quality was awful given that the cheapest of the dresses she ordered was £60.00.

UncrushedParsley · 03/05/2014 20:18

Agree that the quality is rubbish. For the price, I would have expected much better.

WildThong · 03/05/2014 20:38

Ooh, mixed opinions. I'll check if it's free returns before ordering just in case.
Thanks all.

I agree with it being poor quality for the price.

They have a shop now in manchesters arndale centre if you are anywhere near. Not sure if they have other stores

trinitybleu · 03/05/2014 20:45

Be careful about the returns - it's only 14 days and then £3 per item. They stung me for £120 worth once! Had ordered loads for a holiday and 2 sizes, it was delivered whilst I was out with no card through the door and I was away so lost a few days there ... was not impressed.

trinitybleu · 03/05/2014 20:45

forgot to say - Yours Clothing is better

SuperDuperJezebel · 03/05/2014 23:44

I ordered something from them and it didnt turn up, the tracking info was in no way related to any actual delivery attempts, and they were SO unhelpful, wouldnt give me any information. They just told me I had to wait longer, even though it said on the tracking info that it had been delivered when it hadn't - so no point waiting to see if a courier was going to arrive on my doorstep with it! I had to wait ages before I could make a claim, then i had to fill in a form that they sent me by post (without any indication that was going to happen), and send it back and wait ages for a refund. I haven't bothered with them since, and fortunately have lost weight so I don't need to shop solely on plus size websites, and I can avoid them.

prisonerofallisurvey · 04/05/2014 13:23

I have bought quite a few items over the last few years. I've found the quality to be ok (not fantastic for the money) the sizing is generous.
The reason I stopped shopping with them is because they started charging for postage and returns.
