eye cream for sensitive skin

I have sensitive skin around my eyes and am also prone to excema there. Hydrocortisone cream helps for a short time but the excema always comes back again. I've been using lansinoh on my skin at night but need something for days when my skin isn't so bad and I don't need the hydrocortisone cream. The lansinoh ointment is too shiny! Any ideas? I wondered if a nourishing moisturiser might help but don't know which are really good for sensitive skin.

I have a cream called Dermalex, from boots. Not as effective as hydrocortisone (but I don't like to put that on my face too often)
It keeps the itch and scalyness at bay you need to apply it at least 2-3 times a day but it does work Smile
