Longtime user of Maybelline Great Lash here, but it's just not working for me any more. Any thoughts? Preferably something I can get in Boots/Superdrug.

mascara is so individual. I've tried all sorts of expensive ones, Lancome, Clinique etc and none of them have been as good as Max Factor. And then recently I found the £2 stuff and I've been blown away by it, over 20 years of mascara wearing and it's the first I've ever been able to wear it on my bottom lashes without smudging.

Mind you, I tried a lot of cheap ones that were truly terrible!

Lancôme hypnose is my all time favourite mascara , the max factor false lash one is good too.

The No7 one in the sparkly tube is fab! I got it on offer last week for £10 exactly Grin

I've used Bourjois Volume Glamour Mascara for the past number of years. I find it non-clumping. I won't use anything else in this budget range.

The £3 MUA one in the pink tube from superdrug is very good for the price but my all time fav is loreal's volume million lashes at £10.99 and whilst not relevant to the thread, I like their infallible foundation (usually around £11.99) and sometimes in Boots they have an offer on where you can buy both the foundation & mascara for £15.

Soap and glory thick and fast is great.

Max Factor Masterpiece - I agree with MintyChops is brilliant.
