Today for the first time I did this.
Got long term nose blackheads and big pores by nose and cheeks and chin.
Read on here about the mint julep masque.
Ordered it amd it arrived today.
I tried microwave wet flannel ( too hot and cooled down fast) then changed my mind and stuck my face over boiled water for a few mins to try amd open pores.
After this put the masque on and after 15 mins flanneled off then splashed with cold water and left for approximately 5 mins then moisturised
Does this sound right?

Not sure about that particular mask. I always put a mask on after a shower so pores are open, then use a flannel in hot water wrung out to clean off - repeat about three times - leaves skin lovely and clean.I also use those nose pore strips to et rid of black heads - just don't leave on for too long!

Are you saying to clean off? Then rub with hot flannel a couple more times?
