Bought it last week to use on my Cscar. Redness reduced and feels less hard and stringy.
But! It's done wonders for my redness on my face and reduced the yellow tinge on my eyelids. Evened the tone of my face too in just under a week.

I have just googled, what did you buy, there seems to be lots of SS products.

Bought the kit from Victoria Health. Think it's the post op kit. Or pre procedural kit. Chucked the box away.
Basically paid for the balm but got a cleanser,the copper firming spray and samples of the two serums plus two samples of the SPF 50 .
It's expensive but the kit has proper size samples with enough in them to try so you can see if it works.
I've been using vit E capsules to soften the scar until I got the balm. It stopped the tightness and itchiness as well.
To be honest a little goes a long way and once I've rubbed it on my face the rest goes on the scar.

I asked about SHEALD a few weeks ago but had no responses. Am keen to reduce red scars on my face, so interested in your experience.
