End of June-ish. It usually starts earlier than they say, maybe the evening before.

Pretty sure it's been the end of the first week in July for the last couple of years, as it coincided with the Wimbledon finals.

What LoonvanBoon said. It started during the Wimbledon final the last two years in a row. I had one eye on the TV and one eye on the PC in order to pop it on my blog as soon as it started!
