Funky up my dress!

Hi,

Never posted on this board before, but hoping somebody might be able to help. I bouught this dress for a wedding:

BUt I think it's a little dull. Any ideas on how to make it less so? If it helps, I'm 35 (youngish looking 35 hopefully!) relatively slim, and can't wear too high a heel. For some reason, I'm imagining a hot pink wrap or something when I look at it. Any ideas? Belts, jewellery, bags - I'm not very fashion but don't want to look too frumpy.

That's a great dress. I think it would look good with hot pink but for some reason I can really see it with orange. You could get a nice blazer - also very useful after the wedding

orange shoes, something like these

And a 'statement' orange and silver bracelet or cuff.

I'd wear a huge cream/white floppy hat with a flower on it. Possibly a leather cuff.
