Cleanser for congested, bumpy skin

My chin is covered in small bumpy spots, all under the skin. in general the skin there looks and feels really congested. I think I need a cleanser that'll really do a deep clean of all my pores.
I currently use a fragrance free facial wash in the shower in the morning and the Body Shop camomile cleansing oil in the evening which I have really liked. The rest of my skin is fine, it's just my chin that looks shit.Sad

Id recommend a Clarisonic to anyone. Doesnt matter what Cleanser you use, even soap. I promise you will see a massive difference from the first use. I couldnt believe how much cleaner my skin looked after using it.

And like you I had the congested skin, blotchy cheeks etc, all cleared up now though

I have been doing a hot cloth cleansing treatment using boots tea tree cream. Seems to be helping somewhat.

My skin was like this last year- I started using a Phillips version of the clarisonic (about £50) every few days and hot cloth cleansers. Products with salicyclic (sp?) acid seem to help and an exfoliating toner.

I also had a few microdermabrasion facials (not the scary ones that peel your face off). In between I was using a mud mask followed by this face mask which works wonders www.renskincare.com/p/3036/Glycolactic+Radiance+Renewal+Mask and an occasional moisturising mask.

Thanks! The Clarisonic is a bit beyond my reach but I'll check out the Phillips version and look for things with salicylic acid.
