My DD bought some shoes in store last week and has now decided she wants to return them. As our nearest store is a few miles away but near where I work I offered to do it for her to save her the hassle but she payed part cash part debit card though so will I be able to? Does anyone know if I will need her pin or whether they can credit it without? I've done it on my own card before but can't for the life of me remember whether I needed to enter my pin, anyone know whether you do need to?
