Interview clothing

i have an interview in 10 days and i just realised that my 'interview top' that has come out for every interview since my first saturday job nearly 9 years ago is a no go this time, i've had a baby since my last interview and the top is now too tight and shows off far too much cleavage to be appropriate. So i need a new interview outfit. I have plain black trousers, a plain black cord jacket and black shoes. I need a basic shirt or something. Where can i get a reasonably cheap smart top?

Look in Next.

I would avoid a white blouse if you're going for black trousers. I personally don't like the waitress / schoolgirl look for job interviews, you should be smart but not devoid of personality.

Check out F&F and George at Asda too. They sometimes have good workwear on the cheap.

Next have some lovely workwear at the moment which would be perfect and reasonably priced too

Thanks. There's a next outlet shop near here and i'll try Tesco and Asda too.
