Tights for the office

Second of my 'shortly returning to work after maternity leave' questions of the day: What sort of tights do people wear in the office these days? I have lots of black opaque ones and lots of fine denier nude tights but our office is noriously fickle in temperature so the black opaques are likely to be too hot for this time of year. Do people wear fine denier black tights these days? If so, what denier is best when it comes to balancing looking ok against not putting your finger through them every time you go to the loo?!

Thanks!

Opaques or nude fishnets in warmer weather.

I've tried the whole 10 denier black tights thing, and must be buying cheap ones, because they keep rolling and bunching up around my knees and ankles (the size is the right size) Confused

So I stick to nudes. They can look quite elegant as long as the shoes are right.

Barely black 10 to 15 denier and thicker ones for winter

or the patterned ones from m & s

I don't like fine black ones tbh, although I do v occasionally wear seamed ones with a pencil skirt.

I generally wear opaques from about October to April (or lace or polka dot ones) and the rest of the time wear sheer, nude ones.

I buy MnS Autograph hold ups and tights in fine denier black and their nude tights with padding on the soles and separated toe (can't remember what they're called). Those last for ages and look fine.

I buy Woolford stay ups in the sale. Hate overheating, also no peeling on and off for the loo

None in the summer.

Our office has fierce aircon so it isn't very often that I am bare legged at work. I think opaque tights look too wintry for this time of year and wear nude ones with skirts and dresses.
