Are these sandals nice?

They're Clarks. I think i like them. They look comfy. I have the most sensitive feet in the world. Almost everything rubs my feet. But i really need some light sandals for the warmer weather. Would these look nice with skinny jeans do you think?

I like them

Ohwhatfuckeryisthis · 25/04/2014 18:55

Me too, but that type of leather looks "rubby". I'm on the look out too as i left my good sandals in Majorca.

EasterSundaySimmons · 25/04/2014 18:56

I like them but I can't wear gold. I'm old.

I do fancy them if they were silver!

CoconutAmericano · 25/04/2014 19:19

I think they do them in silver too sunday. Might try them on tomorrow if the baby has a buggy nap for me!

I like the style but not the gold... they do a yellow and nude colourblock version which I prefer personally.

CoconutAmericano · 25/04/2014 20:28

Just looked at that version fairylea and you're right. Looks a bit mre stylish than the gold I think?

I don't like them sorry op.

HappyGirlNow · 25/04/2014 20:57

No.. Hate the sole.. It's too thick.

CoconutAmericano · 25/04/2014 20:59

So hard trying to find sandals that don't rub and look stylish! Damn my sensitive feet. I appreciate all comments.

If you like them that's all that matters.
They look like they will be comfortable.
I like the nude ones.

CoconutAmericano · 25/04/2014 21:00

You see i don't drive, I'm always on foot and my feet blister in almost all shoes. Head wrecked trying to find comfort and style!

Fairylea · 25/04/2014 21:05

The thick soles are very "in" right now. If you have a browse on asos and new look most of the trendy styles have the same base... so its just a personal taste thing isn't it :)

I really like saltwater sandals for comfort - from Toast or their own website through Google - but my dh absolutely detests them and thinks I look like a little old woman.

HappyGirlNow · 25/04/2014 21:06

What about something like these?

CoconutAmericano · 25/04/2014 21:08

I love saltwater sandals too fairylea. They are the only sandals that have never rubbed my feet. But so so many people think they're ugly. Not that i should care, i know, i know!

OP posts:
CoconutAmericano · 25/04/2014 21:09

Im sorry happygirlnow I'm not keen on those but thank you for the link!

OP posts:
Fairylea · 25/04/2014 21:10

:) same here... I don't think they're ugly though. And neither do you so maybe style is just one of those things no one agrees on! (Apart from crocs, most people think they're hideous... even if they are comfy! )

CoconutAmericano · 25/04/2014 21:11

I wear crocs as slippers! Well, ahem, the Aldi version. Those things are indestructible. Ugly as sin, but damn they're comfy for pottering round the house!

Oh, I like them.

BellaVita · 25/04/2014 21:22

I know, they might rub across the bridge of the foot?! So hard to know. I have bought shoes that were comfy in the shop and then i walk in them for ten mins at home and I'm crippled.
Id really need to go into clarks, child free and walk around in them. Im not into birkenstocks, sorry. I dunno, they're kinda chunky or something?

ChippyMinton · 25/04/2014 21:39

I tried these on, but the ankle strap is weird. It doesn't hold your foot in place, somehow.

CoconutAmericano · 25/04/2014 21:41

Oh really chippy? Well that's no good!
