TOMS - do they stretch?

I am in love with Toms, but they don't fit my stupid feet :( the 6 is tight and the 7 falls off. Do they stretch out a bit? Is it worth getting the 6 and being uncomfortable for a few wears?

Watching. Dd wants some but I can barely get them on her feet. They're crazily tight across the top. I quizzed the sales assistant but he was useless.

DH has skinny feet and they fit him ok. They look as if they loosen up but

Because I looove them... And if they stretched just a little bit they would fit!

Viva does she like the 'cordones' ones? They are lace up so might not be so tight across the top.

I have three pairs. They do stretch I my experience.

Mine haven't stretched. That's why I love them, they fit great where every other pump/ballet shoe has failed!

I find they stretch a little; but also that multiple versions of the same size will fit slightly differently. I have the same problem as you and have in the past asked a sales assistant to bring out 3 or 4 of size 5 in the colour I want and then I try them all on and pick the biggest one! They are more understanding about it if you don't do it on a busy Saturday afternoon...

Mine have stretched, they are comfier than my slippers now!!

They're incredibly popular here in Canada. The advice is to buy small as they do stretch.

Mine have stretched. I actually thought I couldn't wear Toms as I have wide feet and every time I tried them in the shop I couldn't get them on. However, I tried a pair on that were in the sale and had obviously been on display for a while and they fit perfectly! They're still nice and snug but there is some give in them.

I might go for it then... :)
