Clothes sizing

What shops have toddler clothes that tend to come up longer in length like tops or leggings mostly. Our lg is long and thin, at 19 months her denim shorts are 3-6 months and still fall down. So finding tops etc is a nightmare. We go into mothercare or wherever and she needs maybe 6-9 round her arms/ belly but the length is far too short. If we buy anything bigger it drowns her and just looks like she is wearing a tent :( would love to find some clothes that fit nicely.....

Verbaudet are VG for skinny kids. French children obv more like kids are supposed to be - lanky!

Gonna be flamed for this one...Wink

Not French, all relatively designer makes (European ones) are more skinny fits, so are Gap, Next, PoP, Pumpkin Patch, etc.

Next are BIG IMO. And put tighteners in their waists but they are so uncomfortable when pulled tight enough for skinnies.

Dresses are good for length btw, and can be worn as tunics over leggings once the child grows.
