Help finding some casual shoes

Please, oh wise ones, I need help finding some casual shoes for the summer.

I have searched high and low, tried on so many pairs and nothing is quite right.
My biggest problem is I have size 9 feet, which immediately rules out loads of shops and I have a pair of converse but they make my feet look huge. I need a pair of shoes (or more than one) that can be worn with jeans and skirts for the summer.

I am also a size 9 and find shoe shopping very frustrating!

I have some superga canvas shoes (pink size 9 was only £12 rather than £45 :-)) - I don't think they look as huge as converse.

I second Supergas - I bought a pair recently and they are an absolute joy to wear as they are soooo comfy. I sized down by half a size as they are quite roomy, so it may be worth trying on a pair in a shop to get the right size, then ordering online. Mine are metallic bronze, and they are delicious!

I bought some supergas in a size 8 and also some lands end shoes and are delighted with both of them. Thank you everyone.
