Help for Saturday night

I got a lovely st tropez gradual tan for Saturday night. Obviously it builds up over a few days, but how would I shower and exfoliate each night with out scrubbing it all off. Was thinking about exfoliating very well Thursday and applying the first layer then. But was unsure how it's supposed to work if your showering each day?

It's a gradual tan so builds up over time.

I've used lots of different brands including the st tropez gradual one and you need a lot longer than a couple of days to get a tan!

If I started using it on a Thursday, I may have the slightest hint of colour but it really will be only the slightest hint.

You just wash and shower/bathe normally when using a gradual tan and only apply when your skin is thoroughly dry. I don't recommend putting on any tanning product, even a gradual tan after a shower or bath as it will go patchy.

Unless you have very dry skin you can you can just apply gradual tan as you would your normal body lotion but less so around ankles, knees and elbows etc

Do you need to exfoliate each shower to stop the next application going patchy?

No. Because gradual tan is so mild, you will just be rubbing off what you preciously applied.

If you have isn't been exfoliating and moisturising on a regular basis, I would have a bath and shower and a big exfoliation. Then moisturise or. Apply your gradual tan which is basically a moisturiser with a bit of fake tan in it. Don't exfoliate until after your event, just keep your skin moisturised.

Unless you are a milk bottle white colour then from the Thursday to the Saturday, you may not see a lot of difference.

You could apply it morning and night to help build up colour.
