Teeth Whitening for sensitive teeth

Anyone help. I need my teeth whitening. I stopped smoking 2 years ago, and I occasionally use an e-cig, and I think they are staining my teeth OR it's an age thing:(

But I have sensitive teeth. The thought of having a mould done is making me cry with pain at the thought of it.

Anyone any tips/reccomendations PLEASE?

My teeth are awful! Girl at work is bleaching but not sure about this. Worried about damage to enamel etc. Like this option. Hopefully it will work! (I smoke and drink red wine)
