I need advice about how to do my eye make-up so you can actually see my eyes! I am mid-late thirties, with deep set, small eyes. For ages I've used a black felt-tip type eyeliner + black mascara, but having seen photos just put up on Facebook, I think this style of eye make up isn't doing me any favours. The photos were of a girly weekend away where we were all done up to the nines, but the eyeliner, the extra lashings of mascara and slightly smoky eyeshadow have virtually made my eyes disappear in some of the photos! Any tips for how I can do my make-up differently?
