Tried on this dress yesterday for family wedding

Really loved it, but needed a bigger size.

THEY DONT DO A 16. Have they never heard of vanity sizing?? It's like the fecking 80's all over again.

I think you'll find something far nicer. In my experience the cut of things from sizeist companies is rarely flattering.

I remember hearing someone, it may have been Vivienne Westwood but I'm not sure, saying fashion designers who do not do any larger sizes are taking an easy way out as it is more difficult to design for curves than straight lines. Reassure yourself that it is their incompetence at fault!

Morello, I know! I went through the site looking for similar cut but it was all very promtastic.

I just want an elegant cut, nice design, flattering fabric and sleeves... Am I asking for too much?

The fabric was great too...nicely thick and stretchy. Very flattering.

I'm disgusted.
