Anybody try this new cream?
If so, your thoughts please.
I'm a sucker for creams promising miracles Smile

I am using it, but it makes my face sting like crazy so only every 3-4 nights. Will increase when I adjust to the stinging!

Greengardenpixie · 14/04/2014 18:31

Not tried it but its £49 so it is quite expensive. Im not sure even if it was really good that i could keep that up. Thats the price for 30ml on amazon and that would last about a month? Im interested though if anyone does know the results as i see it has retinol in it. I use roc retinol sensitive. Its ok and i use it at night. My skin feels tighter by the morning.

It's on offer in Boots for £20.66 at the moment. I am using a free sample tube at the moment, it's ok but nothing amazing, however obviously I won't have weeks and weeks of use so it may have a better long term effect.

Thank you.
AnnabelleDarling you were the OP re what high street shops should do for Mimsnetters and said PR people were checking out Mumsnet. Could you link to the article please I'd loke to know what shops are interested in their customers? T.I.A.

Thats a good price. A free sample is a good idea. You are right about using it over months though. I use boots no7 protect and perfect and it took a good month at least before i saw any effect.

What a waste of money.
Have been using this product for approx 2 months and sorry to say there has been no improvement at all!
Don't believe the hype.

FoxyHarlow123 · 02/05/2014 10:22

There is no cream on this planet that will prop any ageing face up. Not a one. Save your money.

curlingandtwirling · 02/05/2014 11:02

I've been using for a few weeks now. The first few times I applied it very close to my eyes and it caused really sore dry skin. However, after applying very sparingly since, it seems to make my skin look plumper, but the wrinkles are still there.

I tend to agree with Foxy but I like to feel like I'm trying something Grin. I daren't risk not trying, my wrinkles are bad enough now and I'm only 40!

AnnabelleDarling · 03/05/2014 10:57

Sorry Holly, just saw your question now.

It wasn't an article, but the day before I started that thread there was a discussion on another thread and one of the posters who worked in PR said that she knew from her job that a lot of companies read S&B and took note of what was being said about them. She didn't mention specific brands. HTH

I've been using it nearly a week and can see a bit of an improvement in my lines, which surprised me. However I do have some spots, which I don't normally get Confused

Thank you Annabelle
