Help! - Ageing feet???!!!!

For the past I dunno, couple of months, I have noticed a change in the skin of my feet. I happened to look down one morning at my admittedly neglected feet and wow the skin has changed. My brother told me with a smirk that the change is due to age!

The skin has gone darker - the toes look unwashed! I looked closely and there seem to be a number of feint brown marks, like freckles. I do not have these on my face.

I wonder if it is sun damamge which is weird because of all the areas likely to be so it is my feet. I am usually clad in shoes or trainers, even in summer (don't get it sorted in time for summer to get sandals).

I do wash honestly! I have even used body scrub on them. Or could it be ingrained dye from shoes? My toes are some dark marks on them.

It is not bad circulation as I never feel cold (the opposite in fact).

I admit I have neglected them and usually walk around bare foot at home. They are in need of creaming as my heels are very rough.

What does anyone think??

Go to good chiropodist and have them treated. They'll check them and remove all the hard skin. Then you can start to use cream regularly.I like Flexitol. Hope both you and your feet feel better soonSmile

Yes a chiropodist is your friend.
I am going on Monday as I have very thick big toe nails, which are very difficult to cut. And they get rid of every bit of hard skin.....not like a pedicure at a beauty salon who give you a cursory buff with a pumice stone.

And the foot massage....bliss.
