Long shot, Chanel repairs.

My Chanel jumbo flap needs a very minor repair. Is there a 'better' place to take it for repair in London? Do I need to take authenticity card and receipt? Do I need to call ahead?

Hoping somebody will have an answer. Thanks in advance

I'd contact the Chanel boutique and ask them what they advise.

Chanel will repair it for you. It's part of the service.

They will do their own authentication in the boutique.
