I really am coveting a pair of these winged sandals. Anyone else? And does anyone know of some cheap ones? Blush

Oh wow! When I was in year 10at school,we had a 'business enterprises' week. One of the days we had to design a pair of shoes, make models of them, create adverts, sort the marketing and give presentations.

A friend of mine designed the exact same sandals as those! So I think you should get them lol

Forgettable · 09/04/2014 16:10

I think they look great, I might be a bit old for 'em, boo.

TulipOHare · 09/04/2014 16:12

Oh cool! I'd wear them. Too expensive for me though.

tigerdriverII · 09/04/2014 16:18

They're fantastic, especially the metallic ones. Might be a bit much round the office though. I want some but fear I'm about 35 years too old.

Beeyump · 09/04/2014 16:20

She should have turned it into a business venture, TripTrap!

I want them quite badly, but have been a bit of an idiot about spending recently - just purchased a pair of questionably wonky sunglasses for £40 on a whim, for instance. Hate when I do things like that Sad

I wonder which colour would look best with exceptionally pale legs...

The clio ones are in a store local to me and they are very narrow fitting. I don't like the others, sorry.

Forgettable · 09/04/2014 16:24

Gold with pale legs

Get a fake bake anyway!

Forgettable · 09/04/2014 16:24

Pffft at very narrow

Annianni · 09/04/2014 16:25

I've wanted some since last summer.
They are lovely...

I think I saw some in blue recently, they were fabulous.

TripTrapTripTrapOverTheBridge · 09/04/2014 16:27

Any would look good but the gold would be fab against pale skin (says a lily who is scared of gold!hmm)

Oh,she should've.I remember her presentation being brilliant too, started with 'One day Jesus stepped into the desert'.Wish I could remember the rest as it had us in stitches!!!

Beeyump · 09/04/2014 16:31

Yes, winged and gold! I don't do fake bake, I'm afraid. It would probably be kinder to everyone around if I did but I just can't, it doesn't look right somehow.

Saltwater sandals a similar, much cheaper but don't have the wings. I personally think the wings a bit OTT. However if you like them and can afford them, go for it!

AmberNectarine · 09/04/2014 20:37

I think they're awesome and have had my eye on them for a while, so I say BUY!

MotherBluestocking · 09/04/2014 23:30

I think they are fab! I've been coveting them too but don't think I could carry off the wings. I might just say sod it and go for them though.
