Next Hareem Fit?

I saw lots of recommendations for them on here so purchased a pair but I'm not sure I got right size.

Where on midriff area do yours sit?

I didn't have chance to try with unrestrained toddler in tow so grabbed a pair in 10. Also bought a pair of leggings in 10 which fit perfectly.

But band on hareems isn't much bigger so only fits flatteringly if worn up around belly button. I had thought they should sit further down on hips? But when I pulled them down they got a little MC Hammerish as well as giving me a muffin top. I'm not sure if I need a bigger size or if they are supposed to sit above hips.

Is it the jersey ones that pull on? I bought a 12 which is my normal size and they're fine - although they sit higher than my hips, just under my waist.

Yep I got the stretch ones that pull on. I thought they looked better round the crotch pulled up- less baggy and hanging down. But you sometimes see pictures of these trousers quite low down on hips so I wasn't sure.

normally wear a 12 or small 14. Sized up to 16 as smaller sizes didnt really give the harem look.
Lounging in mine at mo, totally bliss.

I wear their jeans in a ten. The harems in a ten looked stupid. I think harems are stupid
