summer body con work dress - jacket/ cardi help

I have winter pencil dress and long sleeved bodycon dress I wear a black cropped jackrt with for work
Can Anyone suggest some jacket or cardi thats summery and not so warm
I have bought a short sleeved cornflower blue with flowers bodycon and a black and red thin butterfly dress
Suggestions for both? Am I thinking cropped cardi? Or light cropped jackets?

Have you considered a shrug for the bodycon dress?
