Any hair experts around?

Hi all, im looking for some hair advice.
I'm growing out a pixie crop and suffer from terrible flaky scalp.
I've a dark brown hair dye on and im naturally a mousy blonde.
I'm thinking after looking at many pictures of my blonde hair of going back blonde.
Does anyone have any advice of how to do it myself?
The dye has an auburn colour to it, so I know it will be an issue. I've been dying it regularly with Olia for around fifteen months.

You will need to get the red out before attempting going blonde. I strongly advise you don't do this yourself but after getting the result you want professionally you can maintain it yourself
