We just booked a holiday, our first in 5 years and I am beyond excited. I completely abandoned my little routines and haven't looked after myself properly for ages. Those 2 extra stones are not going to shift in a month time when we are going. So what can I do in this short time? And in which order? If I haven't done it regularly do I need to fit in more than 1 session or do it all together before going? Any advice will be greatly appreciated
