I know there are a whole load of wedding wear threads at the moment but I'm lacking inspiration and hoped you wouldn't mind helping out on another request.
I'll be as brief as possible! Want to look glamorous but understated. I prefer classic styles, have a fair amount of French Connection/Hybrid dresses they tend to be my usual look. I'm a size 8/10, small of waist (so tend to like fitted rather than flowing dresses as it's probably my best feature). Lighter colours suit me best - greys, mint greens, peaches etc. Would like to avoid black if possible.
Budget - up to £200 on something REALLY special. Would prefer to spend around £100-150 on the dress and leave a little left over for some jewellery. I'm pretty sure I'll have shoes/bag to match but would buy new for something stunning.
I wouldn't be averse to a nice high waisted skirt and silk vest top of some description if there was a combination that looked suitable for an evening wedding do... TIA!
