im looking for some footwear suggestions, I hate spending money on myself but desperately need to buy new footwear,im currently wearing trainers unless at home which is when I wear slippers.
I need shoes with good support as I get painful feet / joints.
no heel as cannot wear them atm but not ballerina type flats as not enough underfoot cushioning.

fed up of wearing trainers all the time and feeling drab.
I used to wear flat under knee boots but the problem is I have thin ish legs and all the ones I try are too wide.
im early 20s but feel only option will be orthopaedic velcro closing shoes

sorry for long post hoping someone has some suggestions

For summer I think traditional 2 buckle Jesus Creeper sandals can be cute, especially in coloured leather. Don't blame you for wanting to avoid Velcro.
Oddly the best flat boots I've ever had I bought in January from New Look. I am v hardwearing on shoes for some reason, hve had to reheel M&S ones after 6m but these still look like new.
